PEDRO EDUARDO SKAGGS, passed away on July 8, 2018 in El Paso, Texas.  He is survived by his lovely and beautiful wife, Alma.  We extend our most sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family in this moment of great sorrow and loss.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Perches Funeral Home, East Location in Chapel A of the Funeral Home starting at 10:00 am – 2:00 pm with a Rosary at 12:00 pm.
